We have a 30 day return period. If you are dissatisfied with your hammock you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returned hammocks must be in new condition and able to re-sell. If there is a problem with your hammock’s structure you may return the hammock and we will send you another hammock*

We take pride in our product and supply a one year warrantee, provided normal use.** Our warrantee covers the craftsmanship and the quality of the material only.

All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise arranged.
